Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your treatment. Arriving late will result

in shortening or cancellation of your service.

If you must reschedule or cancel we require 24 hours notice.

No shows will be charged in full.

Service prices do not include gratuities. An automatic gratuity

of 15% will be added to all groups of five or more.

All food and drink prepared by David's restaurant, will be

charged seperately from the spa.

In consideration of our other guests we ask that you kindly refrainfrom cell phone

use and keep conversations at a moderate level.

We regrett that Elements Day Spa cannot be responsible for

loss or damage of personal items.
